Definitions

`ID`	Identification number of EL2MAT. No default (Integer > 0)
`ALTER`	ALTER flag indicating the alternate format is being used.
`ELSETID`	Element set identification number. No default (Integer > 0)
`MTYPE`	(Optional) Property type. MAT1, MAT8, ... No default
`MATID`	Material identification number. No default (Integer > 0)

Comments

The EL2MAT Bulk Data Entry can be used to assign Material ID’s to Element sets.
The ID field is only used by HyperMesh. When ECHO entry is present in the model, all EL2MAT entries are combined into one EL2MAT entry with an internally generated ID. The ID of the EL2MAT entries are not used in OptiStruct.
