Embed a HyperView Player Object in a Microsoft Office Document
Method 1
Using the Insert Object Dialog Box
- Launch a Microsoft Application, for example, Word.

From the Insert menu, select Object.
The Insert Object dialog displays.
- Click the Create from File tab.

Browse to the location of the desired Hyper3D file (.h3d) and select the file.
The selected file is embedded in the Microsoft Office document and an image is shown.

Double-click the image to activate HyperView Player.
Note: The size and location parameters (Height, Width, Left, and Top) can be defined graphically by moving and resizing the object within the slide.
Method 2
Using Drag and Drop (for Word or PowerPoint only)
- Launch Microsoft Word or PowerPoint.

Drag the desired .h3d file
from Windows Explorer/Desktop and drop the file into an open session of Word or
Powerpoint.
The selected file is embedded in the Microsoft Office document and an image is shown.
- Double-click the image to activate HyperView Player.
Method 3
Using Copy and Paste (for Word or PowerPoint only)
- Launch Microsoft Word or PowerPoint.

Copy the desired .h3d file
from Windows Explorer/Desktop and paste the file into an open session of Word or
PowerPoint.
The selected file is embedded in the Microsoft Office document and an image is shown.
- Double-click the image to activate HyperView Player.
Activate the HyperView Player object in "slide show" mode in PowerPoint

For PowerPoint 2003:
- Right-click on the HyperView Player object and select Action Settings.
- Click on the Object action option and select Edit from the drop-down menu.

For PowerPoint 2007:
- Select Insert from the menu bar.
- In the Links group, click Action.
- Click the Object action option and select Edit from the drop-down menu
