File Format
The file is divided up by iteration. Output from each iteration starts with a line in the
                following format:

                                 |

                        - Data

                        - Description

                        - ITERATION

                        - Keyword denoting the beginning of a new iteration.

                        - Iteration_number

                        - Iteration number.

Each iteration section contains the multi-point force of constraint for each node,
for which this output format was selected, in each linear static subcase. Each
subcase section is given the following header:

                                 |
                                MPC forces for
                                    Subcase |
                                Subcase_id |

                        - Data

                        - Description

                        - Subcase_id

                        - User-defined subcase ID to which the mpc forces apply.

MPC force information is then provided, for each node, in the
                following format:

                                 |
