Normally, internal input and output connectors on compound blocks are equally-spaced along the right and left side of the work area. You can, however, stack them to conserve space and make it easier to display the connectors on screens of different sizes and resolutions. In this mode, connectors are grouped together and displayed from top down, as shown below:
To stack internal compound block connectors
1. Choose Edit > Preferences and click the Preferences tab.
2. Activate Stack Internal Compound Connectors.
3. Click OK, or press ENTER.
