Using either File > Printer Setup or the Setup button in the File > Print dialog, you can access the Print Setup dialog, which lets you select the printer, page orientation, paper size, and paper source.
You can also specify the page orientation, paper size, and paper source for the printed diagram through the Print Setup dialog. The selections you make here override selections you made previously with File > Page Setup.
If the printer you want to use is not listed, you must install the printer driver software on your system via the system Control Panel.
