Bitmaps that are placed on blocks may appear distorted under the following conditions:
•You open a diagram and the current screen resolution is not set to the resolution when the bitmaps were originally created
•You change the font size
To remove bitmap scaling
•Choose Edit > Reset Bitmap Scaling.
