The Properties dialog lists the size of your embedded object and allows you to control the general appearance of the document in your diagram. You can also use the Properties dialog to scale the corresponding embedded object. This feature is described under Scaling and cropping OLEobject blocks.
To access general information about an embedded object
You can display the size and location of the embedded object.
1. Right-click the embedded object.
2. Choose Properties.
3. Click the General tab.
To control the appearance of an embedded object
You can display the size and location of the embedded object.
1. Right-click the embedded object.
2. Choose Properties.
3. Click the View tab.
4. Do one of the following:
•To display the contents of the embedded object, activate Display As Editable Information.
•To display an icon, activate Display Icon, click Change Icon, and select the type of icon to be displayed.
5. Click OK.
