vovproject: Usage Message

USAGE:
    % vovproject reread
    

Here is the current list of operations a reread performs:

• Verifies the SWD location.
• Checks for stale clients.
• Reinitializes the preemption methods list.
• Rereads the SWD/security.tcl file.
• Rereads the SWD/policy.tcl file.
• Clears the symbolic link cache for places tracked by vovserver.
• Clears the legacy web server cache.
• Reloads the MIME type manifest into the legacy web server.
• Resets the maximum jobs per hour value.
• Updates the registry entry.
• Authorizes taskers with licenses that are currently acquired by the vovserver.
• Instructs all taskers to clear cached environments.
• Cleans up stale direct-drive agents (WX only).
• Flushes journals.
• Flushes the crash recovery file.
• Recreates the vovhelp cache.
• Recreates the object/field description cache.
• Rereads the path equivalences defined in the SWD/equiv.tcl file.
• Reloads or recalculates the instance's colors, depending on whether the environment variables for the colors (VOV_BACKGROUND, VOV_MIDGROUND, and VOV_FOREGROUND) are defined in the vovserver process environment.
• Cleans up expired resources.
• Restablishes links between resource maps.
• Verifies resource map expressions are initialized.
