Perform Lifecycle Operations
Lifecycle operations can be performed on all contents within a Folder or Category.
When a Folder or Category is selected, click Contents
and then the desired operation.
The selected operation is performed on all appropriate contents within
the selected folder.
Note: When a Category is selected, the Contents menu option
refers to contents within the category. For Check-In and Check-Out menu
options not under Contents, refer to the selected category
itself.
Note: Operations performed on the contents within a folder or
category are not performed recursively. In other words, they do not apply to
categories or folders contained within other categories or folders. They
apply only to the contents contained directly within the selected category
or folder.
