Preprocess Converters

Third party utilities are used by the system for processing files with foreign, non-standard formats.

These utilities are installed separately by the deployment team.

To add a third-party utility

1. Click System Settings on the Navigation Tree, and select Preprocess Converters.

2. Click on the Preprocess Converters page.

3. Enter the converter name in the Name field.

4. Enter the path to the utility executable file or click the Browse button to locate it.

5. Enter command parameters in the Command Parameters field.

To delete a third-party preprocess converter

1. Select the converter you want to delete, by clicking anywhere on the row, and then click .

2. Click  button to confirm deletion.

Note: Utilities can be removed from the system only when they are not being used in any Filing Tasks.
