Pivot Value Dialog
Use this dialog to specify aggregations for values in your pivot table.

Summarize value field by

Instructs Monarch Classic to apply any of the following functions to the values:

Sum - The sum of the values. This function is the default for numeric data. If the field being aggregated contains blanks or non-numeric data, the Count function is applied instead.

Count - The number of non-empty values. This function is the default for data types other than numeric.

Average - The average of the values.

Max - The largest value.

Min - The smallest value.

Product - The product of the values.

CountNums - The number of data values as numbers
-
StdDev - An estimate of the standard deviation of a set of values.
-
StdDevp - The standard deviation of all of the values.
-
Var - An estimate of the variance of a set of values.

Varp - The variance of all of the values.

Normal - Displays the value entered in the field

% of row - Displays the values in each row as a percentage of the row total

% of column - Displays the values in each column as a percentage of the column total

% of total - Displays values as a percentage of the grand total of all values

Number format

Applies a number format to the values (General, Thousands, Currency, Percentage, Time Span)

Specifies the number of decimal places to add to the values.
