LINK warning messages that can be ignored

You may see additional link errors, such as:

•      LINK: warning LNK4099 : PDB  vc40.pdb was not found with \deb\FILEIO.OBJCgdll32.LIB or at c:\src\cg\deb\vc40.PDB

•      Linking object not found

These are compiler warnings that there is not sufficient information to create a debug database for the project.
