Activating Monarch Through a Firewall

In some cases, a firewall rule must be created to allow activation of Monarch using the License Manager with an internet connection (e.g., the firewall of your machine is activated). Note that the Activation server is located at the following IP address: 184.106.60.185 (hostname: my.nalpeiron.com).
