Using Bookmarks in the Report Window
Monarch Classic allows you to add and remove bookmarks in the Report window. Bookmarks enable you to quickly jump to specific lines in a report.
Note: Bookmarks cannot be saved in a template or model. They are only good for the current Monarch Classic session.
Applying bookmarks in the Report window
Steps:

Select the line you want to bookmark by clicking to the left of it in the line selection area.

Do one of the following to display the Bookmark Comment dialog.

Right-click on a line, then select Add Bookmark from the context menu.

Select Bookmark on the Report ribbon.

Do one of the following:

To add a bookmark without a comment, simply click OK.

To annotate the bookmark, enter the comment in the text field, then click OK.
Note: You can prevent the Bookmark Comment dialog from displaying again by clearing the Show When Adding Bookmarks checkbox.
A blue bookmark indicator appears next to the line in the line selection area. The line is now "bookmarked".

Jumping from one bookmark to another
If you create more than one bookmark in the Report window, you can jump from bookmark to bookmark.
Steps:

Right-click on a bookmarked line and select Next Bookmark from Report tab. Monarch Classic scrolls down the report to the next bookmark.

To return to the previous bookmark, right-click on the bookmark line and select Previous Bookmark from the context menu.
Removing bookmarks
To remove a bookmark, do one of the following:

Select a bookmark then select Bookmark on the Report View ribbon.

Right-click on the line that contains the bookmark you want to remove, then select Remove Bookmark from the context menu.
To remove all bookmarks:

Select Clear Bookmarks from the Bookmarks group of the Report tab. Or, right-click on the Report window, then select Clear Bookmarks from the context menu.
Adding or editing bookmark comments
Steps:

Right-click on the line that is bookmarked, then select Edit Bookmark from the context menu.

In the text field on the Bookmark Comment dialog, enter the desired comment (or make the desired edits to the existing comment), then click the OK button.
When you hover the mouse pointer over any part of the bookmarked line, the comments you entered will be displayed. See Adding and Editing Bookmark Comments for more information.
